General Goal
According to the labor market research report by Ecorys, 45% of the working population in Bonaire is not qualified for the job they perform. FORMA addresses this by upgrading the local workforce to increase professionalism and opportunities for promotion within companies and organizations on Bonaire. This includes aligning supply and demand with companies on the island.
The Courses Department within FORMA provides adults and young adults the opportunity for retraining and further education. The target groups are diverse, with the largest group being working adults. Participants register personally or are sent by their employers to follow a course at FORMA.
